Getting started with Membrane Media Player
On the first start after installing, Membrane Media Player needs configuration before it can operate.
Click the button on the Media scan window to show the configuration interface.
Set "Source media path" to a directory on this computer containing media files. The player's "Find new files" action checks this directory for playable media items.
Set "Media data path" to a writable directory on this computer. The player uses this directory to store cache data generated from media files. It is recommended to create a new empty directory to use for this purpose.
Click the confirm button to apply configuration changes. If configuration succeeds, the player begins scanning to find files in the provided media source directory.
